Job summary

Cavendish Professionals seeks a Lead Designer to join its bespoke cabinetmaking and joinery team. You will combine hands-on technical design with team leadership to oversee premium interiors for the UK’s most prestigious homes, ensuring flawless delivery of complex joinery projects.

Responsibilities include managing SolidWorks drawings, conducting site surveys, coordinating with clients and contractors, and mentoring junior designers to maintain the highest craftsmanship standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within the super-prime residential joinery sector.
• Advanced SolidWorks skills and strong technical drawing ability.
• Experience managing projects, conducting site surveys and liaising with contractors.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials and manufacturing processes.
• Confident communicator with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities combining hands-on technical design with team leadership.
