Within IAM Engineering, we're developing capabilities that help manage AI agents, machine identities and automated services across Lloyds Banking Group. As Agentic IAM Lead Technical Application Specialist, you'll lead a team responsible for building and operating the engineering services that govern these identities throughout their lifecycle. Working across security, engineering and architecture teams, you'll help ensure access is managed securely, consistently and at scale whilst supporting the adoption of emerging technologies across the Group. This role combines people leadership with technical delivery, leading engineers responsible for developing and operating services that support non-human identities, automated access processes and modern identity controls.
