About You

Lynn Grove Academy are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher of Drama to inspire students and strengthen their confidence on the stage. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who delivers engaging lessons, develops students’ confidence, and instils a love for performing. If you’re eager to shape the next generation of performers in a dynamic and supportive learning environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Drama Department:

Drama is a vibrant part of life at Lynn Grove Academy. All KS3 students have weekly lessons in our dedicated studio, and GCSE Drama enjoys strong uptake at KS4. The department works closely with the Music and English departments and plays a key role in our annual school production. We welcome ECTs and offer excellent CPD alongside a strong coaching culture. With great enrichment links across the trust and access to Step Lab, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring energy and creativity to a thriving team.
