Catch22 College is seeking a Lead Teacher to provide effective leadership and management on a dedicated site for 14-19 learners with complex needs. You will deliver a safe, aspirational curriculum and teach a minimum of two days per week while fulfilling leadership responsibilities.
You will need a QTS qualification (or working towards it), experience with challenging behaviours, and line management exposure. A driving licence is required for travel.

Our Catch22 College is the collective name for 6 sites we have across the country delivering academic and vocational training programmes for young people aged 16+ who, for whatever reason, are not suited to a mainstream college setting. As Lead Teacher you will beprovidingeffective leadership and management on a specific site for a College for 14-19 year olds, delivering a safe and secure education provision for students with complex needs and behaviours.
As the Lead Teacheryou will be managingthe educational environment, which supports and motivates students with complex needs, whilst they undertake a high quality and aspirational curriculum.
You will bewilling teaching a minimum of 2 days per week and 3days fulfilling the leadership and management responsibilities.
