A leading educational trust in North Walsham is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher for a new Specialist Resource Base. The successful candidate will lead the delivery and strategic development of the SRB while promoting inclusive education for students with special educational needs. We are really proud to be opening a brand new Specialist Resource Base (SRB). Our SRB will form part of a county wide programme of SRB provision as part of Norfolk's Local Offer to children, young people with special educational needs and their families. Our SRB will cater for students with a diagnosis of ASD and for students who do not have a formal diagnosis but have barriers to learners associated with the triad of communication, socialisation and flexibility of thinking. The vision is to support these students to access mainstream education. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and passionate Lead Teacher for the Specialist Resource Base. This is a really exciting opportunity to help open and lead the base and work alongside the Primary School SRB situated at Millfield Primary School. The successful candidate will:
