An established industry player is seeking a Lead Teacher to provide effective leadership and management for a College site catering to young people aged 14-19. This role involves teaching GCSEs in Maths and/or English, building supportive relationships with students, and managing performance data to enhance educational outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a recognised QTS qualification and significant teaching experience, particularly with students who have complex needs. Catch22 College
Catch22 College is the collective name for 10 sites that we have across the country, which deliver academic and vocational training programmes for young people aged 16+ who, for whatever reason, are not suited to a mainstream college setting. Our Great Yarmouth College site provides learners with a highly supportive environment, where they have access to opportunities to build up their confidence and self belief, and to gain new skills and experiences, that will help them to achieve their goals in life. We exist to help our learners find their future.
As a Lead Teacher, you will be providing effective leadership and management on a College site, for 14-19 year olds. You will manage the educational environment, to deliver a high quality, safe, and secure education provision, which supports and motivates students who have complex needs and behaviours.
You will be willing to teach for a minimum of 3 days per week, with 2 days of fulfilling the leadership and management responsibilities.
This role requires a full driving licence, and access to a car.

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
