- Design, develop, and execute a full-scale, global recruiting strategy to attract top talent across Metrea's enterprise support functions - including People, LCC, Finance, Ops, Market Development and Engagement.
- Be a player-coach. Lead directly and indirectly by example, balancing hands-on recruiting delivery with strategic talent initiatives that strengthen Metrea's workforce capability and global footprint.
- Partner with enterprise People Leaders, wider People Team and hiring managers across domains to deeply understand operational requirements, workforce plans, and organizational priorities - translating these into proactive recruitment strategies.
- Exemplify disciplined sourcing and talent pipelining practices. Build and maintain diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for critical enterprise roles, anticipating future business needs and skill demands.
- Champion a world-class candidate experience. Engage and nurture candidates with empathy, clarity, and authenticity, ensuring every interaction reflects Metrea's mission, culture, and values.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert. Use market intelligence and research to identify key talent pools, monitor industry and labour trends, and inform workforce planning decisions.
- Collaborate across global teams to align recruitment processes, systems, and messaging - ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruiting operations, data analytics, and employer branding, supporting Metrea's reputation as a mission-focused, high-performance organization.

- Previous experience as a Talent Lead or Manageringlobal highly dynamic hierarchical business (defense experience a plus).
- Ability to teach and leverage sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms to identify and attract top talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, credibility, and influence stakeholders and candidates alike.
- Familiarity with a wide range of domain-specific talent markets, including key talent pools and industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced complex environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different teams and time zones.
