A leading aviation training provider is seeking instructors to deliver Synthetic Flight training based at their Burgess Hill Training Centre. Candidates must hold a relevant UK, EASA, or ICAO licence with 1500+ hours of multi-pilot time. The role includes classroom instruction and maintaining trainee records. Successful applicants will have strong mentoring skills and a customer-focused mindset, with on-site commitment required for 5 days a week.

Qualifications
