Job summary

A leading engineering and maintenance provider is looking for a Lead Surveyor to join their team at Hinkley Point C. In this role, you will manage a team to ensure that all surveying activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of design coordinates and providing quality checks. The position offers a work schedule of 10 days on and 4 days off at 10-hour shifts, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

Bilfinger UK are looking for a Lead Surveyor to join us at Hinkely Point C on a permanent staff basis

The Lead Surveyor will be responsible for managing team to ensure all surveying activities are undertaken safely and responsibly and in accordance with the CDM Regulations; Management of reporting on surveying activities within the Erection Areas; Ensure any supplied setting out data to check design coordinates against the site grid system is accurate and available; Provide quality checks on control set ups and point accuracy.

This position will be on a 10 day on 4 day off rotation on 10 hour days.
