A leading support services organization in the UK is looking for a Lead Support Worker to coordinate support workers and deliver person-centred care. The role includes managing caseloads and working with multi-agency teams to empower customers. Applicants should have experience in supporting others and possess strong initiative and resilience. This is a permanent position with competitive pay, extensive leave, and a supportive work environment.
Lead Support Worker. Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum) plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140. Permanent, full or part time (37.5hpw), across 7 days per week to include some bank holidays and weekends. Lymington, Hampshire. We can’t offer CoS. Home, a place where you belong.
