A community-focused organization in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a Lead Support Worker to empower customers with complex needs to live independently. You will coordinate support plans and assist with daily living activities. The role requires flexibility in working hours, ideally suited for someone passionate about care and inclusivity. Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 p.a.) plus health cash plan and matching pension contribution.
