Lead Support Worker – Stanwell (TW19)

Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

Are you experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities and ready to take the next step in your career? Join our innovative team in Stanwell as a Lead Support Worker, where you’ll lead by example, inspire others, and make a measurable difference through our proven Activate model.

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a vibrant household of five individuals—two males and three females—each with unique needs and interests. From cooking and games to zoo trips and Fright Night at Thorpe Park, every day brings something new. You’ll help organise health appointments, weekly shopping, leisure activities, and maintain a warm, welcoming home environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred support and lead daily routines
