Job summary

A leading support service provider in Gloucester is seeking a dedicated individual to lead support planning and coordinate a team of Support Workers. You will assist customers facing complex needs, helping them manage daily tasks and build their independence. The ideal candidate should have a Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience. What you'll do

• Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person‑centred support

• Work with multi‑agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
• Help customers build independence and prepare for their move‑on into the community

Qualifications

• Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
• The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
• You’ll be supporting our customers who are experiencing homelessness and other complex needs

The practical bits

• We work on a rolling rota covering services 8am to 8pm and every third weekend, however we’re flexible and can agree your working pattern with you
• You’ll manage your own diary to work from our property in Stroud, and also with the team in Gloucester
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
• A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
