Lead Support Worker (Support Coordinator)

Exeter, Devon

1 x Permanent and 1 x 12 months secondment, full time (37.5 hours per week)

On 4 week rolling rota, including evenings and weekends.

Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum)

Typical Day as a Lead Support Worker (Support Coordinator)
  • Create support plans with customers and coordinate a small team.
  • Assist customers with daily activities (meal prep, shopping, budgeting, etc.), promoting independent living skills.
  • Conduct risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
  • Enjoy meaningful interactions with customers and colleagues.
