Job summary

A social care organization in Bridgwater is seeking a Lead Support Worker to ensure that supported individuals lead happy and fulfilled lives. You will coach colleagues and assist in managing the home according to established support plans and procedures. About the role:

At Geen House we support people who enjoy going on holiday, spending time with family, going to church, the local pub, watching the local football team, having hydrotherapy sessions and watching shows at the cinema or theatre.

As a Lead Support Worker your role is all about ensuring that the people we support live happy and fulfilled lives, whilst coaching and supporting your colleagues to deliver great support. You will support the management in the running of the home to ensure people we support are being supported in line with their support plans, our policies and procedures.
