A leading sportswear company in the City of London is looking for a Lead Store Advisor to drive exceptional customer service and maintain operational standards in their new store. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience, a strong commitment to team culture, and outstanding communication skills. This role involves leading a team, managing cash transactions, and ensuring visual merchandising excellence.
This is your opportunity to become a core part of On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team and assist in the successful launch and ongoing operations of On's first store in Korea.
As a Lead Store Advisor, your passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive work environment for our team will be a core part of driving On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) approach. On will rely on you to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every customer while embodying On's core values and passion for movement.
The Pillars: You will oversee a designated store area, of the following (Back of House, Visual Merchandising, Product, Community, or People), driving strategy implementation, monitoring execution and fostering team engagement to ensure success in the focus area.
This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
