Job summary

Pulse Healthcare in Teddington, Greater London, seeks a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapy Lead to lead a clinical SLT service. You will assess, diagnose and treat a range of speech, language and swallowing disorders, and guide junior staff in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.

The successful candidate will hold HCPC registration, a relevant degree, and extensive SLT experience, with strong analytical and collaborative skills. Start ASAP; 3-month contract; Monday–Friday, £30–£32 per hour.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in line with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff.
