Job summary

TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team to help external clients thrive on this journey. As a Solutions Engineer, you will architect and build solutions, prioritize client success, and work cross-functionally to help clients reach their business objectives.

You will manage relationships with client-side engineering teams, collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for advertisers, and ship end-to-end customized solutions with Ads product engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years shipping production-quality code.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders and teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client-side engineering teams and drive joint roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for advertisers' business goals.
• Build and ship new products and end-to-end customized solutions with Ads product engineering teams.
• Influence product development roadmaps to solve business challenges.
