Job summary

Transport for London is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for complex revenue systems. You will craft designs, diagrams, and interface specifications while steering architecture governance across multi-supplier teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and delivery teams to ensure security, resilience, and operational readiness from requirements through handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering architecture for large-scale platforms.
• Experience producing architecture artefacts.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and governance.
• Experience system integrations across apps, infra, cloud, networks.
• Experience in regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end solution architectures for complex platforms.
• Produce designs, diagrams, and interface specs.
• Lead architecture workshops and present to governance forums.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and delivery teams.
• Provide architectural leadership from requirements to handover.
• Identify risks and ensure security, resilience, and performance.
