Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or technical domain expert delivering complex technology solutions.
• Strong background in enterprise and solution architecture.
• Experience leading significant elements of product delivery, systems development or transformation programmes.
• Ability to perform trade-off analysis and communicate complex technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Broad technology knowledge with a modern, adaptable mindset.
• Experience in Agile and Lean delivery environments.
• Exposure to AI and digital-native architectures.
• Experience operating in highly secure environments.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within architecture teams.
• Knowledge of recognised architecture frameworks and best practices.
