Qualifications

  • Proven leadership of Solution Architects and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Mastery of complex systems architecture design and delivery.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Architecture qualifications (TOGAF, Microsoft Azure, AWS) preferred.

Job description

We're looking for a Lead Solution Architect to build and lead a team of architects supporting RMG's operations, commercial, and technology platforms. You'll ensure IT projects are architected to best practice, aligned with RMG standards, and consistently engineered across suppliers, technologies, and methodologies.
