The role involves 70% hands-on development with C# and .NET, and 30% mentoring a development team. Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial experience with C# and .NET (Core / ASP.NET).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, OOP and REST API design.
• Comfortable with Azure, Git, CI/CD pipelines and unit testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a development team.
• Design, build and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET and SQL Server.
• Drive improvements in code quality, testing, CI/CD and deployment workflows.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Participate in architectural decisions and introduce best-practice tooling.
