The Medical OS team builds the software behind every visit, preparing personalised briefings and handling routine coordination so clinicians focus on judgment and member care.

You will ship AI-native clinical workflows, construct a clinician-in-the-loop flywheel, and engage with clinics to translate learnings into shipped product that scales with a member-first

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end cross-functional software.
• Ability to explain trade-offs in AI-enabled systems.
• Customer-driven product mindset with direct user interaction.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory constraints in healthcare.
