This is a Hybrid role, the Engineering team work from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 2-3 days per week.
As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving technical excellence across multiple teams while remaining hands-on in software development. You’ll lead high-impact projects from concept to delivery, shape architecture, and align technical direction with business strategy. Working closely with Tech Leads, Product Managers and the wider Engineering Group, you’ll set the standard for quality, mentor engineers across teams and champion initiatives that raise the engineering bar including the adoption of AI tools and automation.
