They now seek a highly dynamic Lead Software Engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environments and can seamlessly adapt to changing priorities. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, as this role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams, mentoring engineers, and effectively communicating complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Qualifications

A degree in a Software Engineering, Mathematics or Science/Materials subject
Experience in Linux based software application development using modern C++
Experience with network and other communication buses.
Experience with tools such as CMake

Our client is offering a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in their offices and 2 days from home. There is flexible start and finish times so you can plan your day around your preferred hours.
