Job summary

Teamforce Labour is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee pipework installation and related civil works at a Fleetwood site. You will manage testing preparations, line charging activities, and ensure compliance with RAMS and safety protocols.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven supervisory experience in pipework projects. Long-term, on-site work with negotiable rate is available.

Qualifications

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification is required.
• Proven experience supervising pipework installation projects.
• Experience installing blanks and charging lines for pressure testing.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Oversee pipework installation and associated civil engineering works.
• Supervise installation of pipework blanks and preparation of lines for pressure testing.
• Manage and oversee charging of lines for pressure testing per approved procedures.
• Ensure all works comply with RAMS, health and safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate operatives, subcontractors and site resources.
• Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Liaise with site management to ensure programme deadlines are achieved.
