Job summary

Adler and Allan Group in Exeter is seeking a Site Manager (Planned Civils) to lead delivery of wastewater/cleanwater projects across the Southwest, including East Cornwall/North Devon. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain while ensuring safety, quality and cost control.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will plan programmes, monitor budgets and KPIs, oversee RAMS, site docs and progress communications with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Site Management within wastewater/cleanwater infrastructure (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and multi-site coordination skills.
• Knowledge of NEC4 contracts advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage safe and efficient delivery of multiple water infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate programmes to hit milestones and client deadlines.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and liaise with commercial teams.
• Support pre-construction activities with site visits and buildability input.
• Coordinate with local authorities, highways and statutory bodies.
• Attend client meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, CDM and temporary works.
