• Ability to deliver homes with minimal defects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the build programme from groundworks to handover.
• Ensure plots are built to NHBC standards and ready for inspections.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality and specification.
• Maintain accurate site records including diaries and inspection requests.
• Attend and manage NHBC key stage inspections.
• Develop and mentor Assistant Site Managers.
