Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on education or public‑sector projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing.
• Ability to work within a live or operational environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Full site management of a new‑build school project.
• Maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Managing subcontractors, site teams and logistics.
• Driving the programme and coordinating trades to meet key milestones.
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and client requirements.
• Chairing site meetings and liaising with consultants and stakeholders.
• Managing site records, inspections and handover documentation.
• Promoting a collaborative and professional site culture.
