The ideal candidate will have robust Site Management experience, ideally overseeing similar projects with JCT and NEC knowledge. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and health and safety compliance. Qualifications

• Experience as a no2 on larger schemes or a no1 Site Manager on similar projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control.
• Must lead site meetings and conduct site reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site of a new build apartments/housing site.
• Ensure quality control and site programme adherence.
• Manage subcontractors and direct labour.

Skills

Previous Site Management experience

JCT and NEC experience

Full UK driving license

CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid

Enhanced DBS check

Education

NVQ Level 6 preferred
