The successful candidate will manage site activities, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality throughout the build process. Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications are required. Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum with a full-time, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experienced as a Site Manager on a smaller or volume, high-quality development.
• Experienced in managing new-build housing schemes from groundworks through to handover.
• Excellent technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and short-term programming.
• Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
