You will be responsible for all on-site operations, ensuring that the project meets high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in volume housebuilding, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of building regulations. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £75,000 plus a 20% bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a No 1 Senior Site Manager within volume housebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site operations from groundwork through to completion and handover.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to deliver programme targets.
• Ensure build quality meets company and NHBC standards.
