A specialized mechanical services provider is seeking a Site Fitter for water and mechanical maintenance, based between Wolverhampton and Stourbridge. The ideal candidate will possess proven mechanical fitting experience, strong practical skills, and the ability to lead on-site activities while being part of a dedicated team. The role offers a competitive salary, a 39-hour work week with overtime opportunities, and ongoing training. Additional perks include a company pension scheme and shared company van.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical fitting experience with strong practical skills.
• Previous site-based experience, ideally in the water industry.
• Ability to lead on-site activities while effectively working within a team.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Confined space and working at height certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical installation, maintenance, and replacement works.
• Travel between sites and work on pumps and pipework.
• Isolate and remove equipment for workshop overhaul when required.
• Complete basic job documentation and reporting electronically.
