About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for facilities management and technical excellence? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day operation of our static site in Wolverhampton. You’ll ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory standards while managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric services to deliver high-quality service across the contract.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and maintain M&E plant, equipment, and fabric services.
  • Manage the CAFM system to monitor performance and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001 and manage QHSE responsibilities.
  • Organise and carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise specialist contractors and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Compile and validate risk assessments, method statements, and work package plans.
  • Attend meetings, training, and respond to operational requirements.
  • Participate in out-of-hours call-outs and contractor audits.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficient in CAFM systems and report compilation.
