You will drive incident investigations, behavioral safety initiatives, and mentoring of junior staff, coordinating with project delivery teams and clients to deliver safe, compliant projects.

The team supports the entire company, including operational teams, in ensuring that Mott MacDonald Bentley work safely, avoid environmental harm, safeguard the occupational health of our employees and deliver quality projects to our clients.
As a Lead SHEQ Advisor you will be joining our established team, working within the water sector in partnership with various clients. This role will give the right candidate a great balance between exercising and monitoring high standards of occupational health and safety, also focussing on human factors as part of our behavioural safety leadership programme.
