A rapidly growing organisation in the UK is seeking a passionate Lead SHEQ professional to drive compliance and embed a safety culture. The role requires proven SHEQ leadership experience and NEBOSH certification. You will lead the health, safety, environmental, and quality strategy while supporting transformational improvements. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of our SHEQ strategy across the business — from warehousing and logistics to head office operations.
This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership position where you'll drive compliance, embed a culture of proactive safety, and continuously enhance performance across all areas of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality.
