Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.
  • Basic Mechanical Skills required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities needed.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations is important.
  • Must be able to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Clean driving license required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain competency in Isolations and carry out Isolations as required.
  • Ensure Passenger Stock is formed correctly.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable Rules and Regulations.
  • Perform tasks according to depot operating instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with Engineering and Railway Group Standards.
  • Ensure personal safety and that of others at all times.
  • Maintain Depot premises in a safe and clean condition.
