Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Support Workers.
  • Provide high standards of care and support for people we support, in line with care and support plans.
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities.
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans.
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families.
  • Complete supervisions and audits.
  • Ensure staff perform duties to required standards and contribute to a happy, homely atmosphere.
