Job summary

iFindTech Ltd in London is seeking a Lead Security Architect to own the security roadmap for a flagship enterprise customer. The role is highly visible and client-facing, requiring strong communication with C-suite and technical teams.

You will lead security design reviews across infrastructure, cloud, endpoints and identity, shape XDR/EDR strategy, and drive security transformation from requirements to governance while operating in a hybrid client environment.

Qualifications

• MSP/MSSP background essential.
• Hands-on XDR/EDR architecture experience.
• Strong experience with Defender, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike.
• Knowledge of Microsoft stack: Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview, M365 Security, Azure.
• Experience as Architect/Lead Consultant/Senior Engineer with architectural responsibility.
• Experience consulting for clients in MSP/managed services.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders while maintaining relationships.
• Eligible for SC clearance.

Lead Security Architect | MSSP | London (Hybrid)

About the role

My client is a well established UK Managed Security Service Provider, and they're hiring a Lead Security Architect to be the dedicated security lead for one of their most important enterprise customers.

You'll be the customer's main security advisor. You'll own their security architecture roadmap, influence strategy at C-suite level, and steer security decisions across endpoint, identity, cloud and security operations. The role is very visible and customer facing, so it suits someone who is as comfortable in the boardroom as they are in a design review.

What you'll be doing

• Leading security design reviews across infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, identity and SecOps

What we're looking for

• A background in an MSP or MSSP. This is essential
• Hands-on architecture experience with XDR and EDR platforms
• Strong experience across Microsoft Defender (Defender for Endpoint, Defender XDR), SentinelOne and CrowdStrike
• Knowledge of the wider Microsoft security stack: Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview, M365 Security and Azure
• Experience as a Security Architect, Lead Security Consultant or Senior Security Engineer with architectural responsibility
• A track record of working directly with clients in consultancy or managed services
• The confidence to challenge stakeholders while keeping the relationship strong
• Eligibility for SC clearance

Nice to have

• CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF or Microsoft Security certifications
• Threat hunting, incident response and SIEM experience
