Anson McCade is seeking a Lead Security Architect for Microsoft Security to drive security transformation across large enterprise engagements in the UK. The role combines technical leadership with presales, solution design and delivery oversight.

The position sits at the heart of a growing Microsoft-focused security practice, collaborating with major UK and global clients and advancing security offerings, certifications, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Security across Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview and cloud security.
• Strong background in presales and delivery within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale security transformation programmes.
• Experience shaping and building new security offerings.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Advanced Microsoft security certifications (e.g. SC-100, SC-200).
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Security solutions across enterprise clients.

• Define and evolve go-to-market offerings and security capabilities.

Locations: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh

Salary: £110,000 – £150,000 + Car allowance + package

We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Architect to play a pivotal role in driving Microsoft Security solutions across large-scale enterprise engagements. This is a senior leadership position combining technical expertise, sales engagement, solution design, and delivery oversight.

This role sits at the heart of a high-growth Microsoft-focused security practice, working on complex transformation programmes across major UK and global clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Security solutions across enterprise clients
