Qualifications

• Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) qualification and current NMC registration required.
• Experience working with children and families is essential.
• Understanding of safeguarding and clinical governance necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Healthy Child Programme across all four levels.
• Manage and supervise School Staff Nurses and Support Staff.
• Mentor students and new team members.
• Collaborate with schools and multi-agency teams.
• Support vulnerable children and families.

Skills

Experience working with children, young people, and families

Understanding of child and adolescent development

Safeguarding experience

Clinical governance knowledge

Valid driving license

Education
