Job summary
Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust in Wakefield is seeking a Specialist Public Community Health Nurse to lead the 5-19 Healthy Child Programme within the school nursing service. You will promote child development, safeguard children and young people, and build community resilience.

- Lead and deliver the Healthy Child Programme across key years and areas.
- Provide professional accountability and ensure standards are met.
- Promote and deliver health lifestyle information to families and communities.
- Coordinate inter-agency partnerships to meet child health needs.
- Hold a caseload of families and lead the Healthy Child Programme delivery.
