Job summary

Atlas NextWave is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive SAP data cleansing, mapping, and migration from ECC6 to S/4HANA within the SGT rollout cluster. You will own data scope, source systems, and migration strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will develop a detailed project plan, oversee cleansing and enrichment, validate tooling, lead ETL execution, monitor quality, and document processes to support compliance and audits across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration.
• Experience working in multinational and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful execution of data migration within the respective cluster.
• Accountable for defining data object scope, ownership, source systems, and data migration strategy for the cluster.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan covering all data migration activities for the SGT rollout cluster.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing data to determine migration scope and local requirements.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functions Master Data Governance, Data Migration Factory, and local Data Stewards to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Oversee cluster-level data cleansing and enrichment activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Validate migration tools, infrastructure, DMIG strategy, and DOMs prior to execution.
• Lead the execution of Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes.
• Monitor migration activities continuously to maintain data quality standards.
• Identify, manage, and resolve migration issues or errors to minimise disruption.
• Drive testing and validation activities to ensure the accuracy of migrated data within the new system environment.
• Maintain comprehensive migration documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
