The Sunrise Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client’s care team in Leeds. The role emphasizes safe medication administration, digital care planning, and high standards of patient-centered care.

You will lead shifts, work with GPs and families, and ensure accurate recording using electronic systems. The position requires UK-nursing registration, PVG clearance, and commitment to ongoing training; sponsorship is not provided.

Formación

• Current and valid registration with the NMC.
• Proven experience with E-MAR systems and a willingness to adapt to new tech.
• Membership of the PVG Scheme.
• Evidence of recent Safe Handling of Medicines training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise with GPs, families and the MDT.

Responsabilidades

• Medication Management: Administer and review medications safely using E-MAR.
• Medication Awareness: Monitor drug interactions and side effects; minimize errors.
• Digital Recording: Update clinical notes and charts in real-time via the digital system.
• Clinical Care: Assess, plan and deliver person-centered care.
• Team Leadership: Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and maintain floor accountability.
