Job summary

A leading engineering company based in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced RF Engineering Lead to spearhead design, development, and delivery of high-performance RF and microwave systems for aerospace and defense applications. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, extensive RF engineering experience, proven leadership skills, and familiarity with RF simulation tools. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in RF and microwave engineering, including circuit design, simulation, and system integration.
• Proven experience delivering RF engineering projects within aerospace, defense, or similar high-reliability industries.
• Strong hands-on experience with RF simulation tools and laboratory test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced RF circuits and subsystems.
• Define system architectures for radar, telemetry, and communication systems.
• Oversee simulation and validation activities using industry-standard tools.
• Act as technical authority for RF engineering across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support new product introduction.
