Responsibilities

• Identifying and resolving title and transaction issues.
• Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
• Managing exchange and completion.
• Dealing with post-completion requirements.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their matters.
• Managing deadlines and progressing transactions proactively.
