Qualifications

• Experience managing a clinical team in a high volume outpatient clinic or clinical trials.
• Competence in recording clinical assessments and willingness to train others.
• Demonstrated ability in leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily management and allocation of workload in screening/outpatient areas.
• Guidance and mentoring of clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Skills
