Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for an exceptionally talented Lead Rendering Programmer to join Rocksteady Studios on an upcoming unannounced AAA title. This role involves leading a team of rendering programmers to extend and optimise the engine and achieve the artistic vision set by the Art Director, while ensuring efficient content creation pipelines and consistently high game performance. You will report to the Engine Code Director and collaborate with other code and art leads to ensure effective solutions, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and push the boundaries of rendering for video games.
Rocksteady Studios is a London-based, award-winning game developer known for the Batman: Arkham series. We are a one-project studio that blends genre-defining gameplay with cinematic narrative and AAA production values, drawing inspiration from a diverse city and culture.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work. Policies are subject to agreement with your Line Manager and applicable laws.
