Qualifications

• A full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering.
• Experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in maintenance.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Knowledge of automation or material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely.
• Supervise technicians to support their development.
• Solve equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Implement process improvements across the EU network.
