Job summary

Bupa's Richmond Villages Cheltenham is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical care within a luxury retirement village. You will deliver person-centred nursing, uphold high standards, and support residents to live independently with dignity.

As part of a respected team, you’ll coach colleagues, conduct assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and ensure safety and compliance with policies and regulations while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
• Ability to coach and train colleagues within a care team.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive, person-centred team.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coaching and guiding the team with training programmes.
• Carrying out assessments and developing care plans for each resident.
• Monitoring areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
